In partnership with NovoEd, the CEMEX L&D team created an innovative, online high impact learning experience, Unconscious Bias,’ that curates internal and external content and relies on virtual collaboration, teams, practice, and interaction to raise awareness of bias and ultimately elevate the CEMEX culture.
