Learn how CEMEX translated a global strategic initiative into a powerful, inclusive online learning experience that leveraged collaborative learning to create a sense of connection and belonging. In partnership with NovoEd, the CEMEX L&D team created an innovative, online high impact learning experience, Unconscious Bias,’ that curates internal and external content and relies on virtual collaboration, teams, practice, and interaction to raise awareness of bias and ultimately elevate the CEMEX culture.
